Authority and Funding for Operationalization
- The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of Justice, is mandated to include the operationalization of this new court in the Judiciary's program.
- Funding shall be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act.
- Funds for the court's operation will only be released after the court is organized and personnel are appointed.
Case Transfer and Jurisdiction
- All pending cases pertaining to the municipalities of Buenavista and San Lorenzo under the old jurisdiction must be transferred to the newly created Second Municipal Circuit Trial Court.
- The transferred cases will be tried and decided exclusively by the new court.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act takes effect immediately upon approval.
Legislative and Executive Approval
- The law was passed by both the House of Representatives and the Senate on specified dates.
- It was formally approved by the President of the Philippines, making it official legislation.
