Correction to the repealing clause wording
- MARINA Circular No. 2013-02 originally contained an errant XIII. REPEALING CLAUSE stating that the provisions of MC Nos. 90, 177 and Chapter XV of 1997 of PMMRR that are not inconsistent with the Circular were repealed or modified accordingly.
- The erratum rectifies the repealing clause so that MARINA Circular No. 2013-02 now provides that the provision of MC Nos. 90, 177 and Chapter XV of PMMRR 1997 that are inconsistent with the Circular are repealed or modified accordingly.
Effect on repealed or modified provisions
- MARINA Circular No. 2013-02 repeals or modifies only those provisions of MC Nos. 90, 177 and Chapter XV of PMMRR 1997 that conflict with the Circular.
- MARINA Circular No. 2013-02 no longer repeals or modifies provisions that are not inconsistent with the Circular.
