Scope and Applicability of Ladderized Education Programs
- Allows higher education institutions (HEIs) with government-recognized programs to opt for ladderization without needing a separate permit from CHED or TESDA.
- Ladderization pertains to curricular matters, integrating technical-vocational education and training (TVET) with higher education (HE).
Conditions for Ladderization
- CHED and TESDA must issue a model curriculum for the program intended to be ladderized.
- HEIs opting for ladderization must submit copies of the proposed ladderized curricula to both CHED and TESDA.
- CHED and TESDA are tasked with ensuring the compliance of these ladderized programs with minimum curricular requirements.
Repealing Clause
- All previous orders, issuances, rules, regulations, or parts thereof that conflict with this Executive Order are repealed or modified accordingly.
Effectivity
- The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon signing by the President.
