Abolition of the Emergency Control Administration

The Emergency Control Administration is formally abolished as of December 1, 1945.
All functions, activities, funds, equipment, and personnel of the Emergency Control Administration are to be transferred to the PRRA.

Transfer and Liquidation Procedures

The Auditor General is tasked with facilitating the immediate liquidation and settlement of obligations and accounts of the Emergency Control Administration.
This ensures a smooth and accountable transition of resources and responsibilities to the PRRA.

Funding and Appropriation for PRRA

In addition to transferred resources, a sum of one million pesos has been appropriated under Commonwealth Act 716 to support the organization and operation of the PRRA.
