Composition of New Barangays
- Barangay Kalaw consists of multiple puroks and sitios including Purok Crisalita and Sitio Pacac.

Seat of Municipal Government
- The municipal government seat is established in Poblacion, Barangay Cabaritan.
Conduct and Supervision of Plebiscite
- The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is mandated to conduct and supervise a plebiscite involving the entire Municipality of Dumalneg.
- This plebiscite must be held within 120 days from the date the Act takes effect.
Appointment and Tenure of Barangay Officials
- The initial set of barangay officials will be appointed by the provincial governor in consultation with the district representative.
- These officials serve until duly elected successors have qualified.
Transfer of Public Infrastructure and Facilities
- All existing public infrastructure and facilities within the new barangays at the time of the Act’s approval are transferred without cost or compensation to the new barangay administrations.
Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) Shares
- The Municipality of Dumalneg and the newly created barangays are entitled to IRA shares pursuant to Section 285 of Republic Act No. 7160, the Local Government Code of 1991.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act takes effect 15 days after its publication either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper with general circulation.
