Jurisdiction and Coverage of the District Engineering Office
- The office shall serve four municipalities within the Third Legislative District of Bulacan:
- San Rafael
- Doña Remedios Trinidad
- San Miguel
- San Ildefonso
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Public Works and Highways is tasked with including the operationalization of the new office in the DPWH programs.
- Funding requirements for the office’s operations shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act (GAA).
Effectivity and Publication Requirements
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication.
- Publication must be made either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
