Composition and Role of National Government Agencies in NAPC

    6. National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC)
    7. Commission on the Welfare of Children (CWC)

Inclusion of Attached Agencies

  • Attached agencies related to the regular NAPC member agencies shall also be automatically invited to NAPC en banc meetings.
  • This provision ensures wider representation and comprehensive coordination.

Repealing Clause

  • Any previous executive orders, issuances, rules, regulations, or parts thereof that conflict with this Order are repealed, amended, or modified.

Separability Clause

  • If any part of the Order is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Effectivity

  • The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon signing on August 26, 2002, in Manila.
