Empowerment of the Director of Private Education
- The Director of Private Education is empowered to call upon technical and professional government employees for advice and assistance.
- These employees may come from any government department, bureau, office, agency, or instrumentality.
- The Director must obtain the consent of the respective Head, Chief, or Manager of the government employees before calling upon them.
Scope of Advisory and Inspection Functions
- The advisory role includes providing expert advice on matters affecting technical, professional, and vocational education in private educational institutions.
- Assistance extends to the inspection of private institutions offering technical, professional, and/or vocational courses.
- This collaborative approach aims to enhance the efficiency of service and ensure proper supervision.
Amendment and Effectivity
- Executive Order No. 193, dated March 13, 1939, is amended by this order.
- The provisions take effect as of June 2, 1947, as signed by President Manuel Roxas and Chief of the Executive Office Emilio Abello.
