Designation of Blue Wave Marikina as IT Center

The Blue Wave Marikina building is officially created and designated as an Information Technology Center.
The location is along Sumulong Highway corner G. Fernando Avenue, Marikina City.

The designated area is a parcel of private domain land with a total area of 7,624.07 square meters.
The land is part of Lot 6, Pcs-34498, situated in Barangay Sto. Nino, Marikina City, Metro Manila.
Detailed boundaries are described with reference to adjacent lots and roads:
- Northeast boundary: Lot 6-B of the subdivision plan.
- Southeast boundary: Lot 6-B-2 (LRC) Psd-317544.
- Southwest boundary: Lot 8 (LRC) Pcs-25783 along Sumulong Highway.
- Southwest boundary: Lot 9 (LRA) Pcs-34498 along Fernando Avenue.
Specific measurements and directions are provided for the perimeter through points 1 to 12.

The proclamation formalizes the Blue Wave Marikina as an Information Technology Center, subject to the provisions of RA 7916 as amended.
It is also governed by PEZA Resolutions No. 00-411 and No. 08-269.
The proclamation includes the official marking and survey of the designated land.

The declaration was signed and sealed by the President of the Philippines.
The Executive Secretary countersigned the proclamation, adding to its formal validity.
