Proclamation of IT Center in Mandaue City

The proclamation formally creates and designates the Robinland Business Center as an Information Technology Center.
This designation is subject to the provisions of RA 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and relevant PEZA resolutions.

The Information Technology Center is situated on two parcels of private land on Zuellig Avenue, Mandaue City, Cebu Province.
The total combined area of these parcels is approximately 2,500 square meters.

This parcel covers roughly 1,250 square meters.
It is part of the subdivision plan Psd-393556 and a portion of Lot 1-K-6-D-2-F under LRA Psd-382508.
It is located in the barrios of Poblacion and Subangdaku, Mandaue City, Cebu Island.
It is bounded by various other lots and a 30-meter wide road (Zuellig Avenue).
The boundary points of the land are clearly described with exact bearings, distances, and corner markers noted from official surveys conducted in January 1989 and December 2006 by a certified geodetic engineer.

This parcel also covers about 1,250 square meters.
Similarly part of subdivision plan Psd-393556 and of Lot 1-K-6-D-2-F, recorded in the Land Registration Authority (LRA).
Located in the same barrios as the first lot, it is bounded by adjoining lots and Zuellig Avenue.
The lot’s boundaries are demarcated by precise survey data and marked on the ground, supported by official surveys from 1989 and 2006.

The proclamation empowers the designated building to function as an Information Technology Center, thereby availing itself of the benefits and status afforded under RA 7916 as amended.
It stipulates compliance with relevant economic zone policies and guidelines.

The proclamation was executed and signed by the President and the Executive Secretary in Manila on May 9, 2008.
The official seal of the Republic of the Philippines was affixed to validate the document.
