- The plebiscite is to ratify the creation of various new barangays within Taguig City.

- Barangay San Miguel (from Barangay Hagonoy)

- Barangay Central Bicutan (from Barangay Upper Bicutan)

Legal Basis for the Plebiscite
- The plebiscite follows Ordinance Nos. 24, 25, 26, 27, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 67, 68, and 69, series of 2008, enacted by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Taguig City.
- Authority cited includes Section 2, (4)(c), Article IX of the 1987 Philippine Constitution.
Duties of Law Enforcement and Concerned Agencies
- The deputized agencies are directed to coordinate and cooperate with COMELEC.
- Their function is to ensure the plebiscite is conducted without violence, fraud, or disorder.
Effectivity
- The Memorandum Order takes immediate effect upon signing.
