Funding

  • Initial appropriation of Three Million Six Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Pesos (P3,658,000.00) from the Ministry of Local Government and Community Development (MLGCD) appropriations.
  • Fifty percent (50%) share of funds from MLGCD P/P/A No. 1.2.2 allocated to NBOO.
  • Authorized purchase of necessary equipment to fulfill NBOO’s objectives.

Implementing Rules and Regulations

  • NBOO empowered to formulate and adopt necessary policies, rules, and regulations to attain its mandates.

Repealing Clause

  • All inconsistent laws, decrees, orders, and acts are repealed, modified, or amended accordingly.

Effectivity Clause

  • The Letter of Implementation takes effect immediately upon issuance.
