  • HUDCC is authorized to enlist assistance from other government agencies, bureaus, instrumentalities, and private sector organizations to implement the Executive Order.

Preparation of Implementing Guidelines

  • HUDCC, together with PNR and the National Housing Authority (NHA), shall formulate implementing guidelines for the effective enforcement of the Order.

Separability Clause

  • If any provision of the Order is declared invalid by a competent court or tribunal, remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.

Effectivity

  • The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon issuance, ensuring prompt implementation and enforcement.
