Inventory Requirement
- PNR must submit a comprehensive inventory of all non-core properties to the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC).
- HUDCC will evaluate these properties for potential socialized housing projects.
Allocation and Use of Sales Proceeds
- PNR, in coordination with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), will determine priorities for the use of proceeds from the sale of non-core properties.
- Proceeds may be used to settle PNR's outstanding payables, including obligations to the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS).
Support from Government and Private Sectors
- HUDCC is authorized to enlist assistance from other government agencies, bureaus, instrumentalities, and private sector organizations to implement the Executive Order.
Preparation of Implementing Guidelines
- HUDCC, together with PNR and the National Housing Authority (NHA), shall formulate implementing guidelines for the effective enforcement of the Order.
Separability Clause
- If any provision of the Order is declared invalid by a competent court or tribunal, remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
Effectivity
- The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon issuance, ensuring prompt implementation and enforcement.
