Delineation and Description of the Port Zone
- The territorial jurisdiction covers Sitio Kabangkalan, Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro.
- Specific geographical boundaries are precisely described using compass bearings and distances from a reference point (BLLM No. 1, PLS-395-D).
- The delineated port zone encompasses an area of approximately 856,403 square meters.
Administrative Jurisdiction and Responsibilities of the PPA
- The Bulalacao Port Zone is placed under the administrative jurisdiction of the PPA.
- The PPA is tasked with executing proper zoning, planning, development, and utilization programs.
- These activities are to be consistent with the national and regional industrial development plans.
Repealing Clause

- The Executive Order takes immediate effect upon signing.
