Separability Clause
- The Executive Order contains a separability clause which states that if any provision is ruled invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity will not affect the rest of the provisions.
- The remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
Effectivity of the Executive Order
- This Executive Order takes effect immediately after it is published in a newspaper of general circulation.
- The Order was signed and enacted in Manila on October 1, 2012, by then-President Benigno S. Aquino III and Executive Secretary Paquito N. Ochoa, Jr.
