The Secretary of the DOH must include the implementation of the Act in the DOH’s program immediately.
Funding for this implementation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Modification of Inconsistent Laws

All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are modified accordingly.

Effectivity

The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
