- The Department of Education (DepEd) to immediately include the academy’s operation in its programs.

Implementation and Regulatory Framework
- The Philippine Sports Commission, DepEd, and Provincial Government tasked with promulgating implementing rules and regulations (IRR).
- IRR to be drafted within ninety (90) days from the law’s enactment.
Effectivity
- Law becomes effective fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
