Upgrade of facilities and health services
- Section 2 upgrades and increases the existing hospital facilities and professional health care services of the Datu Odin Sinsuat District Hospital.

- Section 5 repeals, amends, or modifies all laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules, and regulations—or parts thereof—inconsistent with the Act.

- Section 6 provides that the Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.
