Declares Dapitan City a national shrine

Section 1 declares that Dapitan City is a National Shrine City.
Section 1 further declares that Dapitan City is a tourist spot in the Philippines.

Section 2 authorizes the appropriation of PHP 250,000.
The authorized amount must be taken out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
Section 2 directs the appropriation to improve, beautify and preserve the relics and shrine of Dr. Jose Rizal.
Section 2 also provides that the appropriation serves as aid to the city government for the same purpose.
Section 2 limits the authorization to the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-three (1973).
Section 2 provides that thereafter the appropriated sum shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.

Section 3 requires the Board of Tourist and Travel Agency to accord priority to the Dapitan City project.
Section 3 mandates that the priority applies in the allocation of its funds or tourist parks development for the project.
