Implementation Authority

  • The Secretary of Education, Culture, and Sports is mandated to issue the necessary rules, orders, and circulars to effectively implement the provisions of the Act.

Transfer of Assets and Personnel

  • All personnel, records, assets, properties, funds, and obligations previously under the Jabonga National High School Annex shall be transferred to the newly established Cuyago National High School.

Funding for Implementation and Operations

  • The initial implementation costs of the Act shall be charged against the current year’s appropriation for the Jabonga National High School - Cuyago Annex.
  • Subsequent funding for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Cuyago National High School shall be provided through appropriations in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity

  • The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.
