- Bureau of Broadcast Services and Bureau of Communication Services are placed under the Group Head for Government Mass Media.
- National Printing Office and APO Production Unit are transferred and attached to the Philippine Information Agency (PIA).

Repeal and Implementation
- All inconsistent orders, rules, and regulations are repealed or modified accordingly.
- The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon issuance.
Authority for Reorganization
- The order is issued under the President's authority to reorganize the Office of the President according to the Administrative Code of 1987, Section 31, Chapter 10, Title III, Book III.
