- North: Mabilo II
- Northeast and East: Municipality of San Vicente
- South: Boundary of Camarines Sur
- Southeast: Boundary of Tagkawayan, Quezon
- West: Labo River
Seat of the Municipal Government
- The seat of government for the Municipality of Tulay-na-Lupa shall be located in Barangay Tulay-na-Lupa.
Application of Municipal Laws
- Applicable laws for regular municipalities shall apply to Tulay-na-Lupa except as otherwise provided in the Act.
Election and Organization of Local Officials
- A plebiscite must be conducted and ratified by the majority of votes within 180 days after the approval of the Act.
- The first election of the mayor, vice-mayor, and other officials will be at the next regular local election following ratification.
- The municipality is considered duly organized upon assumption of office by the first set of elected officials.
Conduct and Funding of the Plebiscite
- The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is responsible for conducting and supervising the plebiscite.
- Expenses for the plebiscite will be drawn from the Contingent Fund under current fiscal year appropriations.
Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- Upon organization, the Provincial Board of Camarines Norte will determine the proportional share of obligations, funds, assets, and properties of the Municipality of Labo to be transferred to the new municipality.
Effectivity
- The Act shall take effect upon its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation.
