Composition of the Task Force
- Composed of multiple national government agencies responsible for components of the AHMP.
- Member agencies include departments such as Agrarian Reform, Agriculture, Budget and Management, Environment and Natural Resources, Education, Health, Interior and Local Government, Labor and Employment, Public Works and Highways, Social Welfare and Development, Transportation and Communications, and others.
- Inclusion of key offices like NEDA, Office of the President, National Anti-Poverty Commission, MMDA, and Armed Forces.
- Collaboration with faith-based organizations to extend program reach in the National Capital Region and priority provinces.
- National Nutrition Council leads the Task Force to ensure effective hunger mitigation.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Task Force Members
- Department Secretaries/Heads to serve as Anti-Hunger Focal Persons for their agencies.
- Responsibilities of Focal Persons include:
- Accelerating implementation of agency-specific hunger-mitigation programs.
- Ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
- Monitoring and reporting progress to the President through the NNC.
- Disseminating accurate information to the public.
- Providing necessary support to the Task Force.
- The National Nutrition Council acts as the oversight body:
- Monitoring program implementation across agencies.
- Reporting progress to the President and Cabinet.

- The Order requires immediate enforcement upon signing.
- Reinforces the government's commitment to reducing hunger incidence by half within a year through coordinated multi-agency efforts.
