Section 1 separates the following barrios from the Municipality of Baioi, Province of Lanao del Norte, and constitutes them into a distinct and independent municipality: Kiasar, Darimbang, Dimayon, Ina-gongan, Malibato, Dalamas, and Panalawan.
The new municipality is known as the Municipality of Tagoloan, under the same province: Lanao del Norte.
