Creation of San Isidro municipality
- Specific barangays are separated from their existing municipalities in Bohol and are constituted into a new, distinct, and independent municipality known as the Municipality of San Isidro.
- Barrios Caimbang, Cansagus, Causwagan Sur and San Isidro in the Municipality of Catigbian are separated and included in the new municipality.
- Barrios Abihilan, Banunos, Cambansag and Cansague in the Municipality of Antequera are separated and included in the new municipality.
- Barrios Masonoy and Candungao in the Municipality of Calape are separated and included in the new municipality.
- Barrio Cabanugan in the Municipality of Tubigon is separated and included in the new municipality.
Seat of government
- The seat of government of the Municipality of San Isidro is the present site of Barrio San Isidro identified in the separation provision.
First local officials; when the municipality exists
- The first mayor, vice-mayor and councilors of the new municipality shall be elected at the next general elections.
- The first elected officials shall hold office until their successors have been elected in the next general elections for local officials and have qualified.
- The Municipality of San Isidro shall begin to exist upon the election and qualification of the newly elected municipal officials.
Congressional district placement (transitory rule)
- Until otherwise provided by law, the Municipality of San Isidro is considered a part of the second congressional district of the Province of Bohol.
Funding for municipal buildings
- The Office of the President shall allocate and cause the delivery, erection, or assembly of at least nine units of “Marcos-type” of prefabricated school buildings to provide buildings for the offices of the municipality’s elective and appointive officials.
- The Office of the President may, in its discretion, give from available funds at its disposal PHP 100,000 instead of the prefabricated buildings provided for in the law.
