Creation of San Isidro municipality

  • The Municipality of San Isidro shall begin to exist upon the election and qualification of the newly elected municipal officials.

Congressional district placement (transitory rule)

Funding for municipal buildings

  • The Office of the President shall allocate and cause the delivery, erection, or assembly of at least nine units of “Marcos-type” of prefabricated school buildings to provide buildings for the offices of the municipality’s elective and appointive officials.
  • The Office of the President may, in its discretion, give from available funds at its disposal PHP 100,000 instead of the prefabricated buildings provided for in the law.
