  • Commission empowered to consult/engage any government agencies or bodies as needed.
  • Authority to establish task forces or mechanisms addressing specific poverty issues.

Technical and Administrative Support

  • Presidential Management Staff, in coordination with the Presidential Commission on Urban Poor, to provide technical and administrative support to the Commission.

Monitoring Mechanism

  • Presidential Action Center designated as the official monitoring arm overseeing government pro-poor programs.

Effectivity

  • The Executive Order takes immediate effect upon signing.
