Office Location and Territorial Jurisdiction
- The Deputy Register of Deeds shall have their office located in the Municipality of Aparri.
- This official shall exclusively handle registrable titles, documents, and related instruments concerning lands in the municipalities of Aparri, Camalaniugan, Lallo, Gattaran, Lasam, Allacapan, Buguey, Gonzaga, Abulug, Claveria, Ballesteros, Pamplona, Sanchez Mira, Calayan, Langangan, and Sta. Ana.
Administrative Supervision
- The Deputy Register of Deeds shall operate under the administrative supervision of the Register of Deeds of Cagayan.
- This ensures cohesion and proper oversight within the land registration system of the province.
Assignment of Duties and Functions
- Upon the approval of the Act, the existing Deputy Register of Deeds for the Province of Cagayan shall assume all duties and functions of the newly created Deputy Register of Deeds for Northern Cagayan.
- This provision ensures continuity and clarity in the transition of responsibilities.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act becomes effective immediately upon its approval.
- The enactment occurred without the Executive approval, indicating legislative authority was sufficient for its effectivity.
