Elected officials and succession rules
- Section 2 designates the Mayor of the Municipality of Aborlan elected in the elections of November 15, 1967 as the Mayor of the Municipality of Narra.
- Section 2 designates the Vice-mayor of Aborlan elected in the last elections as the Mayor of Aborlan.
- Section 2 provides that the councilor who obtained the highest number of votes in the last elections becomes the Vice-mayor of Narra.
- Section 2 provides that the councilor who obtained the second highest number of votes in the last elections becomes the Vice-mayor of Aborlan.
Filling vacant council positions
- Section 2 requires appointment of councilors to fill vacant positions in both municipalities to be made in accordance with Republic Act Numbered Five thousand one hundred eighty-five.
Approval and effectivity
- The Act is approved on June 21, 1969.
- Section 3 provides that the Act takes effect upon its approval.
