The councilor with the highest number of votes from the last elections assumes the office of Vice-Mayor of Narra.
The councilor with the second highest number of votes becomes the Vice-Mayor of Aborlan.
Vacant councilor positions in both municipalities shall be filled according to Republic Act No. 5185.

The entire act is effective immediately upon its approval.
