New municipality created; territory and seat
- Section 1 separates the barrios of Bugallon, Burgos, San Miguel, San Sebastian, Raniag and Pagrang-ayan from the Municipality of Santiago in the Province of Isabela.
- Section 1 separately constitutes the barrios of Oscariz, Nagbacalan and Bantug Petinez from the Municipality of San Mateo in the Province of Isabela.
- Section 1 constitutes the separated barrios into a new and separate municipality of the Province of Isabela.
- Section 1 names the new municipality “Municipality of Ramon.”
- Section 1 sets the seat of government at the present site of the barrio of Burgos.
