Creation of the new municipality
- Section 1 separates the barrios of Los Angeles, Rizal, Lucbuan, Igabas, Imilod, Balaguen, Danawan, Cocoro, Patonga, Tagawayan Island, Siparay Island, and Canipo from the Municipality of Cuyo, Province of Palawan.
- Section 1 constitutes those separated barrios into a distinct and independent municipality known as the Municipality of Magsaysay.
