Creation of the Municipality of Laguindingan

Initial local officials and assumption of office
- Section 3 provides that the first mayor, vice-mayor, and councilors of the Municipality of Laguindingan are appointed by the President of the Philippines.
- Section 3 requires that the appointments are made with the consent of the Commission on Appointments.
- Section 3 provides that the appointed officials continue in office until their successors shall have been elected in the next election for local officials and shall have qualified.
