- Then in a straight line back to the summit of Mt. Matutum, completing the boundary.

Election of Municipal Officials

The first mayor, vice-mayor, and councilors shall be elected through a special election.
This election is scheduled to coincide with the national elections of November 1969.

Effectivity of the Act

The Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
