Creation and boundaries of the new municipality
- Section 1 separates the barrios of Magsaysay, Caguray, Pornaga, Gaposan, Lourdes, Calaug, Laste, Bulo, Alibug, Sta. Teresa, and Paclolo from the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro.
- Section 1 constitutes these separated barrios into a distinct and independent municipality to be known as the Municipality of Magsaysay.
