- Section 3 covers the Municipality of Pasig, Province of Rizal, by converting a named sitio into a barrio.
New barrio in Morong
- Section 1 constitutes the sitios of Caniogan, Calero and Lunang in the Municipality of Morong into a distinct and independent barrio.
- The newly created barrio is known as the barrio of Caniogan.
Converted barrios in Marikina
- Section 2 converts the sitios of Barangka, Parang and Nangka in the Municipality of Marikina into barrios of that municipality.
- Section 2 names the barrios as follows:
- barrio of Barangka
- barrio of Parang
- barrio of Nangka
Converted barrio in Pasig
- Section 3 converts the sitio of Manggahan in the Municipality of Pasig into a barrio of that municipality.
- Section 3 names the converted barrio as the barrio of Manggahan.
Operative legal consequence
- Section 1 creates a distinct and independent barrio from the specified Morong sitios and assigns it the statutory name “barrio of Caniogan.”
- Sections 2 and 3 convert the specified Marikina and Pasig sitios into barrios and assign each converted area its statutory barrio name.
