Creation of new barrios (Section 1)

- Section 1(3) constitutes the sitios of Tusik East, Tusik West, Pinacio, and Burnao as the barrio of Tusik.
- Section 1(4) constitutes the sitios of Tiaman East, Tiaman West, Tiaman Napo, and Gaga as the barrio of Tiaman.

Implementation and administration
- Republic Act No. 3369 provides that it takes effect upon its approval under Section 2.
