  • Additional appointive officers and employees necessary for the organization and operation of Barangay Talon Dos shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws.

Transfer of Obligations, Assets, and Funds

  • Upon the decree's effectivity, Barangay Talon Dos will receive its proportionate share of obligations, funds, assets, and other properties from Barangay Talon.
  • This transfer is to be executed by the President based on recommendations from the Commission on Audit.

Repeal and Modification of Inconsistent Laws

  • Any laws, decrees, executive orders, or regulations that conflict with this decree are expressly repealed or modified as necessary.

Effectivity

  • The decree takes effect immediately on the date of signing, i.e., April 3, 1978.
