Territorial Boundaries of Barangay San Luis

- Upon ratification, the President of the Philippines will appoint the first set of Barangay San Luis officials.

Conduct of Plebiscite and Funding
- The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is tasked with conducting and supervising the plebiscite.
