Applicability of Laws

All existing and future laws applicable to regular barangays shall apply to Barangay BF International unless otherwise specified.

Governance and Appointed Officials

Current elective officials of Barangay Talon continue as officials of Barangay BF International temporarily.
The President appoints officials for the newly created barangay who hold office until successors are elected and qualified.
Appointed officials serve at the pleasure of the President and may be removed anytime.
Additional appointive officers and employees may be appointed as necessary under existing laws to complete the barangay government.

Assets, Obligations, and Property

Upon the decree's effectivity, the President will transfer Barangay BF International's proportional share of obligations, funds, assets, and other properties from Barangay Talon.
Such transfer is done upon recommendation by the Commission on Audit.

Repeal and Modification

All laws, executive orders, or regulations inconsistent with this decree are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

The decree takes effect immediately upon issuance.
