Amendment to Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980
- Amends Section 14, paragraph (i) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980)
- Specifies the allocation of forty-two RTC branches within the Eighth Judicial Region

Operationalization and Funding
- Mandates the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the Secretary of the Department of Justice to coordinate the activation of the new RTC branch in Balangiga
- Funding for the operation of the additional branch to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act
