- The committee includes a representative from each of the following departments/agencies: Department of Labor, Department of Health, Department of Education, Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and Department of Public Works and Communications.
- The committee includes a representative from the National Economic Council.
- The committee includes a representative from the Office of the Presidential Assistant on Community Development.
- Each representative is to be designated by the respective office heads.
Support authority for government assistance
- The Chairman is authorized to call upon any officer or employee of any department, bureau, or agency of the Government.
- Government officers and employees may be called upon to provide assistance needed by the committee for the proper discharge of its functions.
