- This mobile force comprises PC vehicles and police cars from participating cities, municipalities, and the Province of Rizal.
- Personnel includes assigned PC officers, men, and regular crew of contributed vehicles.
Operation of the METROCOM-Rizal Police Highway Patrol
- Operates throughout the entire Greater Manila area.
- Exercises authority without regard to city or municipal boundaries.
- Functions as an integrated highway patrol unit to enhance mobility and response.
Cooperation and Support from Local Government Units
- City and Municipal Mayors are mandated to provide full support and assistance.
- Immediate actions required to facilitate the objectives of the PC Metropolitan Command.
- Police Commission to ensure maximum effort by Chiefs of Police within their jurisdictions.
- Chiefs of Police required to assist the PC Metropolitan Command in combating criminality.
