Creation of the National Cybersecurity Inter-Agency Committee

Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) in Government Agencies

  • The Department of Budget and Management tasked to identify additional funding sources as necessary.
  • Future funding to be included in the agencies’ annual budget proposals through the General Appropriations Act.

Legal Provisions

  • Contains a separability clause preserving unaffected provisions if any part is declared unconstitutional or invalid.
  • Repeals or modifies inconsistent orders, rules, regulations, or issuances.

Effectivity

  • The Order takes effect immediately upon publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
