Creation of AIU Centre as IT Center in Bacolod

Republic Act No. 7916 is the legal framework applied to the creation and designation of the information technology center.

Lot 2 (LRC) PCS-34083 covers an area of One Thousand Three Hundred Forty (1,340) square meters, more or less, and is situated in the Barrio of Mandalagan, City of Bacolod, Island of Negros.
Proclamation No. 1032 defines the lots by metes-and-bounds technical descriptions, including boundary calls by adjoining lots and by referenced cadastral/subdivision plan identifiers.

Lot 1 (LRA) PCS-34083 is bounded on the NE. (points 2 to 3) by Lot 1457; on the SE. (points 3 to 5) by Lot 1425, both Bacolod Cadastre-39; on the SW. (points 5 to 1) by Lot 2; and on the NW. (points 1 to 2) by Lot 3 (Road Widening), all as reflected in the subdivision plan.
The lot’s description begins at a point marked “a1a” on plan, being N. 23 deg. 14aE., 414.08 m. from BLLM No. 7, Bacolod Cadastre-39.
The metes-and-bounds course includes points 2, 3, 4, and 5 with bearings and distances stated in Proclamation No. 1032 for the closure at point of beginning.
Lot 1 uses bearings true and references the original survey date March 1913 a June 1914 and the consolidation-subdivision survey executed by Geodetic Engineer Vicente T. Guerrero on 21 May 2004.
