  • Erect an inspiring monument in honor of General Aguinaldo in the national capital.
  • Organize a nation-wide contest for the best biography of Aguinaldo with publication by the Commission.
  • Sponsor a three-day Congress or Convention to evaluate Aguinaldo’s contributions to the Filipino nation.
  • Arrange the issuance of commemorative stamps and medals.
  • Conduct contests in painting, sculpture, and music to properly honor General Aguinaldo.
  • Administer all public and government funds donated for the Centenary.
  • Undertake all other necessary actions for the success of Centenary programs, including fundraising drives.

Reporting and Financial Oversight

  • The Commission must submit reports on its activities to the President of the Philippines at least every six months.
