  • Northeast boundary: along lines 7-1 and 1-2, approximately 2,200 meters, adjacent to Barrio Puypuy.

  • The barrio covers approximately 321 hectares.
  • The boundaries and lines were established and surveyed by Surveyor Mariano A. Foliente, Office of the District Engineer, Laguna.

Effect on Existing Barrios

  • Barrios Puypuy and Tranca, previously including sitio Masaya, will retain their territories minus the portion now constituted as barrio Masaya.

Effectivity

  • The creation and establishment of barrio Masaya shall take effect immediately upon issuance.
