Creation of A57 Techno Park in Mati City

Two parcels of land located in Barangay Don Martin Marundan, Mati City, Davao Oriental, are designated as an Information Technology Park.
The park is named A57 Techno Park.
The combined area of these two parcels is approximately 55,249 square meters.

The designation is subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Relevant PEZA Board Resolutions govern the designation: Resolution No. 00-411 (2000), as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 (2004), and Resolution No. 16-326 (2016).

The first parcel, Lot 870-A-3, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. T-21477, covers about 30,000 square meters.
- It is situated within Barangay Don Martin Marundan, Municipality of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental.
- It is bounded by specific lots and a provincial road, with precise technical bearings and points described.
- Original and subdivision surveys were conducted between 1940-1951 and approved in 1993.
