Proclamation Designating BGC Corporate Center 2 as IT Special Economic Zone

Republic Act No. 7916 (“Special Economic Zone Act of 1995”), as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, authorizes the President to create and designate special economic zones.
The proclamation follows PEZA processes through Board of Directors action recommending the zone designation.

The land is situated in the Barrio of Fort Bonacio, Municipality of Taguig, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.
The proclamation sets the boundaries and course bearings through named lots/road lots and survey lines (including Lot 4, Block 1 (Reserved Access Lot); Road Lot 6; Road Lot 29; and Lot 7, Block 1).
The proclamation states a defined starting reference and coordinates by bearings, including N. 44 deg. 05" W., 3,950.91 m. from BLLM #1, Mcadm-590-D.
