Proclamation No. 1107 is issued by BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, under the powers vested by Republic Act No. 7916.

Proclamation No. 1107 designates LOT 3-B (TCT No. 542214) with an area of Five Hundred (500) square meters, more or less, bounded by Lot 4, Lot 8 (Road 10.00 m. wide), and Lot 3-A.
Proclamation No. 1107 designates LOT 4 (TCT No. 724253) with an area of Two Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Seven (2,597) square meters, more or less, bounded by Creek (1.50 m. to 3.00 m. wide), Psu-141470 (Heirs of Felipe Francisco), Lot 5, Lot 8, and Lot 3.
Proclamation No. 1107 designates LOT 5 (TCT No. 724254) with an area of Five Thousand Three Hundred Eleven (5,311) square meters, more or less, bounded by Lot 4, Psu-141470 (Heirs of Felipe Francisco), Manila East Road (Taytay By-Pass) 30.00 m. wide, and Lot 8.
Proclamation No. 1107 designates LOT 6 (TCT No. 724255) with an area of Six Thousand Eighty-One (6,081) square meters, more or less, bounded by Manila East Road (Taytay By-Pass) 30.00 m. wide and by Lot 8 on multiple sides.
Proclamation No. 1107 designates LOT 7 (TCT No. 531708) with an area of One Thousand Two Hundred Three (1,203) square meters, more or less, bounded by Lot 1-B (LRC) Psd-264657, Lot 2, and Lot 8.
