Creation of San Carlos Ecozone II

Proclamation No. 767 is issued pursuant to the President’s powers under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748.
The proclamation is issued upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
The proclamation recognizes PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 10-106 (s. 2010) as amended by PEZA Board Resolutions No. 10-387 (s. 2010) and No. 11-494 (s. 2011).

The Special Economic Zone consists of the following parcels, each described by technical metes and bounds and identified by lot and plan references.
Lot No. 775-A (Psd-06-012754) is situated in the Barrio of Palampas, City of San Carlos, Island of Negros, and has an area of Thirty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Five (35,565) square meters, more or less.
Lot No. 775-B-2-A (Psd-06-067124) is situated in Barangay Palampas, City of San Carlos, Island of Negros, and has an area of Two Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen (255,818) square meters, more or less.
Lot No. 775-B-2-B (Psd-06-067124) is situated in Barangay Palampas, City of San Carlos, Island of Negros, and has an area of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Six (3,956) square meters, more or less.
Lot No. 775-B-2-F (Psd-06-067124) is situated in Barangay Palampas, City of San Carlos, Island of Negros, and has an area of Ninety-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Four (98,234) square meters, more or less.

A legal easement (20.00 m. wide) for public use is reserved along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9.

The proclamation is signed by Benigno S. Aquino III, President of the Philippines.
The proclamation is countersigned by Paquito N. Ochoa, Jr., Executive Secretary.
The proclamation states that it is done in the City of Manila on May 09, 2014, with the seal of the Republic of the Philippines affixed.
