Creation of Iloilo Technohub IT Park

Several parcels of land located at Riverside Boardwalk, Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao, Iloilo City are designated as an Information Technology Park known as Iloilo Technohub.
The aggregate area covered by the designation is approximately 23,891 square meters.
The parcels consist of multiple lots with technical descriptions included for precise boundaries.

Lot 3 (TCT No. T-108212): A parcel of 1,856 sqm located in Mandurriao, bordered by Lot 21-F, Lot 2, and Lot 4; surveyed and approved in the 1990s.
Lot 4-C-2-B (TCT No. T-148659): A 569 sqm area in Mandurriao flanked by Lot 3, Lot 11 (right of way), and a 17-meter wide right of way; surveyed and approved in the 2000s.
Lot 8 (TCT No. T-165129): Comprising 4,545 sqm, bordered by Lot 21 and Lot 7; original surveys date back over a century with consolidations in the mid-20th century.
Lot 22 (TCT No. T-78890): Encompassing 11,388 sqm, adjacent to Lot 21 and Iloilo River; survey details dating back to the early 1900s.
Lot 10 (TCT No. T-162694): A 3,495 sqm parcel consolidated from earlier surveyed lots, bounded by Lot 3, Lot 21-F canal, and right of ways.
Lot 21-F-3 (TCT No. T-141620): Covering 2,038 sqm, situated along the Iloilo River and other adjacent lots; surveyed and approved in the 1980s.

By virtue of this proclamation, the designated parcels shall enjoy the privileges and incentives accorded to Information Technology Parks under RA No. 7916 as amended.
The Philippine Economic Zone Authority has jurisdiction over the administration and operation of Iloilo Technohub.
The proclamation was signed and sealed in Manila by the President and countersigned by the Executive Secretary on December 1, 2010.
